Two user groups, one system
Private owners enter building data into a form and received a report containing benchmark comparisons. Institutional clients import entire portfolios, record ESG and governance aspects, and update assessments on an ongoing basis via the dashboard. The API connection ensures that the reports are always based on up-to-date data.
From Switzerland to Germany
The standard was developed in collaboration with numerous universities and enjoys widespread support within the industry. Work is currently underway to establish the standard in our northern canton.

Software beyond code
REMMS is a data portal that covers a vast array of parameters and calculations. This can be quite overwhelming for non technical users. During the project, we therefore developed a minimalist yet detailed approach to data collection. Responding to changes is more important than sticking to a plan. Keep thinking, keep going.
