Mode Weber Loyalty
Mode Weber operates over a dozen fashion shops in Switzerland and has its own loyalty scheme with a physical card. Anyone who doesn't have the card with them loses points, and Mode Weber loses touch with the customer.

Flutter-App with iOS and Android
To replace the existing physical loyalty cards, we developed a native mobile app using Flutter for iOS and Android in 2021. The app displays purchases, calculates credit balances, triggers bonus offers and informs customers about current promotions via push notifications.
SOAP interface to the ERP system
The challenge lay in the integration: the existing enterprise resource planning system communicates via XML-based SOAP, whilst the app uses RESTful JSON APIs. The Ruby on Rails backend acts as a bridge between the two protocols and processes hundreds of transactions every day.
Renuo created a new Weber app for us in no time. The customer focus, the efficiency and the made in Switzerland are convincing!

Software beyond code
When developing the app, we didn’t just focus on the end users; we also took our client’s back office into account. Thanks to the super-fast search function – which allows users to search using numerous attributes simultaneously and is error-tolerant – the app’s backend has evolved into a new, unofficial CRM system.
